The German Chancellor "Schröder" on the terrorist attacks
of 11th September 2001: “We will not give up one millimetre of our
civil rights to these terrorists!” And the German Chancellor did
not lie. He not only gave up millimetres, but metres of civil rights,
with a German thoroughness. Proof: The so called Terrorpakete 1 und 2
(Terror packages 1 and 2).
What does this have to do with the Hells Angels MC? The terror packages
were packed, so that the Nation had suitable weapons for the fight against
international terrorism at their disposal. With the revised form of §
9 of the Vereinsgesetz (association and assembly act) a “Lex Hells
Angels” was foisted upon the text of law Gesetzestext, which had
nothing to do with the actual aim of the law initiative, because: do people
who do not behave socially conform deserve to be treated like terrorists?
Hells Angels do not behave according to social conformity. Why should
they? The German federal basic law Grundgesetz guarantees and protects
the free development of individuals. That is where the history of Hells
Angels MC lies.
With the end of the 2nd World War in 1945, the largest attack on freedom
and democracy in the history of mankind ended. The victory of the allied
military groups against the Nazi regime was supported by the US bomber
group “Might to Flight” with a formation of B 17-Bombers named
“Hells Angels”, whose crew was the most successful team of
the US Air fleet. Three years later, on the 17.03.1948, former members
of this bomber group founded the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club California
in Berdoo (San Bernadino). It took 21 years until the Hells Angels MC
took off in England (London) and Europe. In 1973 the Hells Angels MC was
founded in Hamburg followed by a second charter in Stuttgart in 1981.
It is an undeniable fact that certain Hells Angels keep coming in conflict
with authorities. This individual behaviour was the reason for the Hamburg
authorities to generally criminalize this unpleasant fringe group in 1983
and ban it in November 1983 as a kriminelle Vereinigung (criminal unification)
§ 129, before any charges were brought up at all. The district court
found no legal basis to confirm this club prohibition. In 1988 the Bundesverwaltungsgericht
(Federal Administrative Court) used the 150 year old Vereinsgesetz (association
and assembly act) as a means to continue the unlimited ban of the Hells
Angels MC Hamburg.
Meanwhile, the objective behind the club prohibition was not achieved.
In West-Berlin, North Hamburg, Kiel, as well as West Hamburg, further
Hells Angels charters formed until in November 1999 the largest merger
in the German MC scene with Bones MC took place. This new situation increased
the pursue of the German authorities immensely. Only two weeks later the
Hells Angels MC in Düsseldorf was charged and banned as a criminal
unification.
In the summer of 2000 the authorities turned up with over 800 police
officers at the 10th German Bike Week, which was highlighted at the German
Bike Week in Luckau in June 2001 with the intervention of 2200 police
officers (taxpayers estimated expenses of more that 5.5 million German
marks). By this time information had been gained from the Bundesinnenministerium
(Department of Local Government), that the Schröder-Government was
planning a general ban Verbot der Hells Angels Clubabzeichen of the Hells
Angels symbol. The terror attacks of Muslim terrorists on the 11th of
September change the entire world and give reactionary forces in Germany
the unexpected opportunity to reduce the democratically established authenticated
freedom rights – The German Chancellor Schröder announces this
openly and his “roter Sheriff” (red sheriff) Schily has no
scruples putting it into action.
